This film debut made possible by the generosity of Chatham University, ASID, PPG Industries and LS Fishman Flooring.

Movie critic-Sandie Angulo Chen Common Sense Media quoted:

Next in October is “Pure Codes.” We are working with IDLCPA. Learn by a national expert on building codes. This 9 credit educational opportunity on October 24, and October 25 will help you finish up any IDCEC CEU credits needed for December 31. This CEU event will be held at Allegheny Millwork. MARCH 2018

Pittsburgh Home and Garden Show – Our homeshow will be a little different this year. We will be focusing on what we are calling the “ASID Spring Spruce Up.” ASID PA West and Pittsburgh Interior Design schools will be working together. The date is March 2-11, 2018 at the David Lawrence Convention Center. You designers will have the opportunity to mentor students from regional Interior Design Programs. You will also have the opportunity to promote your Interior Design services that will be sold at a fair market price. You can then submit a portion of the proceeds to a Pittsburgh charity.

MAY 2018

Junior League Show House tours and events for the month of May.

The Junior League of Pittsburgh with ASID will transform the next Designers’ Show House.

The JLP Designers’ Show House fundraiser has benefited the community in many ways throughout its 34-year history. The 2007 Designers’ Show House Elegance on Beechwood earned a net profit of $122,000, making it the JLP’s most profitable. Those proceeds built a KaBOOM! playground in Clairton.

The Show House isn’t all about renovation and construction. There’s plenty of opportunity to have a good time.

STUDENT CAREER DAY

Your presence at our events means the world to our growth and well-being. It is the present and future of our chapter. We as a chapter are comprised of commercial and residential designers, interior design students and industry partners. We offer the opportunity to network, educate and advocate the profession of interior design.

Pennsylvania West Chapter is all about giving back and helping shape the design community. We are all in this together to see the design community flourish. We value the ability to get and give meaningful work. If we work together, we can build the foundations for all of us to thrive and grow. How can you keep our chapter flourishing? Well, by becoming a member or an industry partner. We hope once you get to know us, you will want to join a committee or become a Sponsor. For industry partners take a look at our 2017 Sponsorship Package on our website. We had a successful 2017. We know for our 2018 Sponsorship, it will be even more successful with your help!

If you would like to discuss our ASID sponsorship package in person with me, please telephone me at 412-706-1149. Our target date for sponsorship Sign-Up opportunities is February 28, 2018.

I look forward to continuing our friendship and making new friends that share the passion for design.

Respectfully,

Kayla
