A native of Pittsburgh and Compass Realtor with more than two decades of experience,
Allison Pochapin has built her career around people, homes, and the relationships that
connect them. She brings a passion for architecture and design, an appreciation for
Pittsburgh’s distinctive homes, and a deep understanding of how thoughtful preparation
and presentation enhance both the experience and value of a home.
Allison collaborates with interior designers, stagers, contractors, photographers, and other
creative professionals to help sellers realize their homes’ full potential and maximize their
value. Her work gives her a unique perspective at the intersection of real estate and design.
A natural connector, Allison enjoys introducing clients to trusted professionals, building
lasting industry relationships, and bringing together people whose talents and interests
complement one another.
As Membership and Sponsorship Development Director for ASID PA West, Allison looks
forward to strengthening the chapter’s community, growing industry partnerships, and
developing sponsorships that support its members, programs, and mission while creating
opportunities for members to connect and collaborate.
